The Visit Health Recovery Arkansas team comprises mental health professionals offering a range of knowledge and expertise. Each member is united in their dedication to our holistic approach to healing and recovery.

Angela Campagna
Program Director
MSW, LCSW
Angela brings decades of experience diagnosing, educating, and treating patients using nonjudgemental and compassion-based treatment plans to the Program Director role. As a former United States Marine who suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), she has a unique ability to connect with and advocate for those experiencing similar mental health struggles. Her focus for all the patients she serves is to provide support and facilitate healing using evidence-based therapy practices that are tailored to fit each individual’s goals. In addition to her Master’s Degree in Social Work and her certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional and Dialectical Behavioral Therapist, she is also certified in Advanced Nutritional and Integrative Medicine; Culinary Medicine to Improve Mood, Sleep, Attention, and Focus; Integrating Mindfulness; Psychotherapy; Treating Anxiety Disorders; Shame Shields; Suicide Bereavement Clinical Training; Suicide Intervention; and Core Competencies of Trauma, PTSD, Grief & Loss.

Jamie Zimmerman

Jamie is originally from central Arkansas where she attended Arkansas Tech University for her undergraduate degree and later earned her MSN at University of Central Arkansas. Jamie is board certified in family practice and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Jamie brings over seventeen years of healthcare experience to her role at Visit Health Recover in Conway, Arkansas. She has spent the last decade practicing emergency medicine and family practice. She recently shifted her focus to treating substance use disorders in the inpatient and outpatient settings, specializing in treating opioid, stimulant, and alcohol use disorders. Jamie works in network with Medicaid and provides Medication-assisted treatment (MAT), the use of medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies in the treatment of opioid use disorders for sustainable recovery.

Michelle O'Conner
Therapist
MS, ICADC, SAP, LADC, FCNT, CADC
As a licensed therapist for the Conway/Little Rock, AR Visit Health Recovery Center, Michelle brings 26 years of counseling experience with a demonstrated history of working in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. Michelle has had the privilege of providing Outpatient and Continuing Care for Army, Navy, and Marine service members as well as retired veterans at the Navy Medical Center (Marine Corps Base) at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. She has extensive experience in conducting didactic groups, criminal and addictive thinking/behaviors groups, conflict resolution, stress management, anger management, 12-Step processing, relapse prevention, spirituality, money management/ budgeting, parenting classes, and teaching daily life skills. As an expert in group therapy, social services, crisis intervention, and case management, she brings her demonstrated skills as an educator and trainer to the Visit Health Recovery team. In addition to her Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Social Agency from Henderson State University, Michelle is a Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor in Arkansas and a Certified Naloxone Family Trainer. She is a Substance Abuse Professional for (DOT) Department of Transportation and provides substance abuse assessments for: Federal Motor Carrier Safety, Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Railroad Administration, Federal Transit Administration, United States Coast Guard, and Pipeline & Hazardous Material Safety Administration.

Samantha Grady
Medical Assistant
Samantha joined the Visit Health Recovery team as our Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA). She has more than 12 years of experience in various clinics, providing services to pregnant clients with normal and high-risk pregnancy, clients with psychiatric disorders, infants, adolescents, geriatrics, Oncology, Emergent Care, and Family Medicine. She has over a decade of training and is certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED). She possesses a strong comprehensive understanding of medical procedures, diagnostic testing, Phlebotomy, and delivering exceptional health care to a diverse and medically complex population within an established continuum of care. Samantha is genuinely passionate about helping others and dedicated to making a positive impact on clients lives.

Chris Koone
Chief Operational Officer
Chris is the COO for Visit Health Recovery. He began his career with the company as the Operational Lead for our COVID-19 testing and vaccination project for the Municipality of Anchorage, AK. He has a proven history of strengthening processes, improving compliance, and elevating both client satisfaction and employee morale.

Garrett Collums
Registered Dietician
MS, LD
Garrett has a master’s in Nutrition Diagnostics, is registered to practice Medical Nutrition Therapy, and has significant clinical experience in areas such as Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, and addressing severe cases of Malnutrition. Garrett has spent most of his professional life in clinic, and is excited to start consulting as the dietitian for Visit Health Recovery in Conway. Garrett's dietetic training was specialized in teaching Nutrition Therapy as a Diagnostic Approach that utilizes behavioral counseling, nutrition-focused physical examinations, and a comprehensive understanding of the human relationship to food. Lastly, Garrett is adamant about providing integrated holistic therapy and addressing root causes. He has a strong educational background in clinical nutrition, and strives to assess and treat the whole person by utilizing current clinical evidence and always considering what is important an meaningful in the lives of his patients.
