Course Description

This telehealth group is held every Tuesday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm via Zoom. The stress connected with high-performance jobs often leads to unhealthy coping mechanism, including drinking alcohol or using other substances to relax. Over time these unhealthy coping mechanisms begin to take their toll in the form of relationship problems, health problems, and declining job performance. This group is designed to provide support and strategies to address the unique stressors faced by top performers
